A conversation about gratitude, being where you are, and choice

Watch the video

What is gratitude? When do you know to be grateful for where you are?

When do you know that even though you can be where you are, you can choose something else?

This is a conversation in Tehran between my sister and a friend about gratitude and choice.

This video is eight minutes long...So please save this video for when you have time to listen to this very sweet philosophical discussion.

This blog is so different!
I can smell TEHRAN through this page! :)
and read sincerity between the lines ...
in one word "i like it!"

with all due respect, this conversation is pointless, I like your blog/vlog but this posting is incredibly tiring and boring.
take care

you are right amir, this is a really long clip, and could be half the length it is now...

It was my first experience using subtitles, and I wanted to share certain aspects of a conversation between people in Iran...

Thanks for the criticism!

Very interesting . . . .

It's amazing that so many of us could think of gratitude as such a simple thing. Thanks for proving us wrong!

I don't think it was tiring at all! I like hearing people meander through their thoughts. Technically, you can consider making your subtitles a slightly different color...like yellowish. This will allow us to read even when the video moves to white.
I'm fascinated by your work.
